I cannot say it better than this: I work out regularly and my body is often sore and in some measure of pain. After an hour and a quarter with Tanya, I woke up with zero pain or discomfort. I felt completely restored to myself. What more can you ask from a massage? I am thankful that Tanya is on the team of people who I use to help take care of me.

Tanya is a real miracle worker, keeping this older runner moving and competing with all the miles i have on my body. Her knowledge of anatomy is second to none, and she's not afraid to use the pressure you need to get things loose and get the job done. It's not always comfortable, but I feel like a new man after seeing her. The very best therapist I've ever worked with.

Tanya was the most knowledgeable, attentive, detail-oriented massage therapist I have ever been to! If you’re experiencing any kind of lingering pain or discomfort, Tanya does an amazing job of figuring out the source of the issue and releasing what’s around it. I had a chronic problem with my shoulder that felt 90% better after our session for the first time in months— I was shocked!
