I have been a licensed massage therapist is Missouri for the past 4 years. I was initially drawn to massage as a part of the helping field.  I have an interest in body work as it relates to an integrated health approach.  I studied massage at Anthem College where I graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy.   I have used the last four years to grow my skills in the healing arts.  I specialize in Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and other therapeutic techniques.  I also have extensive experience with sports massage, pre and post event massage.  I work St. Louis close to Westport Plaza.  I look forward to helping you with your health goals.
