Stella first came to the healing arts through the plant world. As a child she felt a magical connection to the plants around her and as a young adult she eagerly sought information about their ability to heal and nourish the mind, body and Spirit.  On 2006 she started her study of herbal medicne in the classroom setting and has served family, friends and community since. With a desire to learn more about the human body and expand modalities she studied to become a massage therapist.

Stella graduated from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and Clinic with a diploma in therapeutic massage and experience in trigger point

therapy, cranioscaral, and Swedish massage. She has studied cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion with Kimberly S Hart. Her studies in herbal medicine began at Minneapolis Community and Technical Colleges’s Western Clinical Herbalism program. She has had many  herbal teachers over the years including intensive classes with herbalist/midwife Erin Piorier and Herbalist Lise Wolff’s Three Seasons traing course. 

Stella has a background in art and biology, is a musican and a mother. She is an avid gardener, adores all animals, she likes to spend time walkig along the many lakes, rivers and creeks. She grew up an has lived alomst the entirety of her life on various places along the Great Mississippi River.
