Mary Helen is a 2008 graduate of the Athletic Training program at Bridgewater College and a Staunton native. She continued her education at the Virginia School of Massage and graduated in 2008. She completed the NCBTMB National Certificate in 2009. She specializes in deep tissue by using barefoot bodywork also called Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy(2012 - current). This allows her to get the deep pressure her clients need without sacrificing her body! Each massage is often a blend of modalities...

Mary Helen is a 2008 graduate of the Athletic Training program at Bridgewater College and a Staunton native. She continued her education at the Virginia School of Massage and graduated in 2008. She completed the NCBTMB National Certificate in 2009. She specializes in deep tissue by using barefoot bodywork also called Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy(2012 - current). This allows her to get the deep pressure her clients need without sacrificing her body! Each massage is often a blend of modalities to help her and the client achieve the session goals.  In 2017, she obtained her Aromatherapy Certification, to better serve her clients with correct information and Aromatherapy education. In 2018/2019 she has also attended contenting education classes geared toward the barefoot bodywork, to steer the practice in a more clinical setting.
