Swedish

Traditional technique with elongated smooth strokes, kneading, and circular motions with maximum focus on your relaxation. Perfect choice for beginners. 

Relaxation

Smooth, gentle, flowing massage that encourages relaxation and relieves tension in your muscles. Additional benefits of circulation and range of movement. 

Deep Tissue

Robust massage style utilizing additional emphasis to ensure a deeper pressure into your muscles with the focus on ridding your body of tension and coaxing your body into relaxation. Not for the faint of heart! 

Sports

Focus on relieving soreness and tension caused by physical activity. The targeted pressure and elongated strokes will break up lactic acid and encourage your body to release the toxins resulting in faster recovery. 

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It promotes waste removal and toxins from body tissue and is an amazing option for people

Craniosacral is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system (translation: mainly focused on your head and neck). This type of bodywork that can relieve chronic pain in the back and neck, including headaches and migraines.
