Sam is certainly skilled and capable of doing deep tissue work. I am not completely convinced that it was better than other work that I have received, however it may be too early to tell of its effectivity.
One suggestion I do have however is that Sam pay a little more attention to the condition of his fingernails. I walked away covered in welts due to scratches from either a long fingernail, hangnail, or perhaps, if recently cut, sharp remnants that should be filed smooth in the future. I felt the pinch during the massage, but opted to ignore it, thinking it would subside or maybe that it was imagined--an error on my part I should not neglecte next time. Most of the welts are gone now.
Otherwise, professional and capable. Some of my muscles spasmed very hard in response to the deep work, and I did feel loose and quite sore after for a few days. My finger numbness/sensitivity remains unchanged, but I don't think there's anything else that can be done to fix this.
