Jonathan Mahoney at Mahoney’s Massage is exceptional. I have had massages at some wonderful five-star spas, and Jonathan is hands-down better than any spa therapist I have experienced. If you’re looking for a fancy, frilly spa atmosphere, this isn’t about that—it’s about results. Jonathan is incredibly thorough and skilled at identifying problem areas and using neuromuscular and trigger-point techniques to actually relieve tightness, tension, and discomfort. You can tell he understands how the muscles work together and knows exactly where to focus. I would choose Jonathan over a five-star resort spa massage every time. If you want a massage that goes beyond relaxation and truly makes your body feel better, I highly recommend him!

I was in pain from Jiu Jitsu. After seeing him I was able to do BJJ can kickboxing class that night. He was professional and great!
