I have been a licensed massage therapist since March 2020. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue, myofascial release, and reflexology.  I believe that massage can help relieve stress, promote relaxation, relieve pain without drug side effects, improve posture, and mobility, improves sleep and regulates sleep patterns, help speed the healing process from injury or trauma, and prevent injury from sports. I believe our health is always worth the investment. My goal as a massage therapist is to hold space for others and to provide a therapeutic experience.
