I have a passion for bodywork, education, and helping people out of pain that is boundless. I have been practicing professional massage therapy since 2014, and I'm still constantly learning new methods to help my clients get relief, rest, and help athletes perform at their best. I apprenticed and taught at Irene's Myomassology 8 years. I was an assistant teacher to weekly hands-on classes, an assistant teacher to the Thai-Yurvedic Yoga massage classes 1 & 2, and the Free Massage Class. If you have any interest and want to learn how to work on your loved ones you can look it up at irenes.edu. My orthopedic training has been a huge part of my career and have furthered my education by taking classes with Ben Benjamin and James Waslaski, as well as studying Eric Dalton and Tomas Meyers.

I am the mother of an amazing young lady who loves to play the piano! I love to practice yoga as often as I can, take nature walks, swim with my daughter, and watch medical shows with her so we both learn about the human body and how amazing it is.

Ben Benjamin Orthopedic Training

Multiple classes with Dr. Ben gave me a closer look into orthopedic assessment and how to properly treat ligaments and figure out where a clients pain is truly coming from. Without assessment we cannot know where the pain is and if we are treating injury or working in the right areas. The assessment and training I received are modalities I use every day

James Waslaski Orthopedic Traning

James was one of the most comprehensive and amazing teachers i have had! He combined Orthopedic Assessment with pain free modalities that are used by chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, osteopaths, PT's and advanced Massage Therapists. His techniques are very effective and have been used on Athletes and Olympians around the world.

Rob Kelly Orthopedic Training

Rob is the main Orthopedic and Lecture Instructor at Irene's where I received my diploma. I took every elective he offered throughout school (some twice) so that when I graduated I could truly help people start to heal as soon as i was licenced. He was the start and foundation to the therapist that I am today and couldn't be more grateful for his insight and help.

Thai Therapeutic Medical Massage

I was the Assistant Teacher to the Thai-yurvedic Yoga Massage class at Irene's where I graduated from. It has been beautiful to learn not only from those classes, but also having training by therapists who have had decades of experience from living in Thailand and those who have trained thousands of hours there. I have learned so much and believe that Thai Massage is a modality that can truly facilitate healing, especially when combined with orthopedic techniques.

Kimberly was like no other therapist I have ever had give a massage. Very professional and you can see she really cares for her clients to be comfortable and leave satisfied with the results. Was a great mix of stretching with massage and also a bit medical fixing than just relaxing which if this is what you want then it’s a perfect fit

Kim showed me some stretches to do after. She was attentive, kind, clearly very knowledgable. But the checkin discussion took too long and we went over, so part of my priorities/issues were not tended to in the massage.
