My health and wellness journey started in 2005 after I lost my father to heart disease. It began with running for heart health, and after a few years it grew into a total body transformation and a new found love for advocating health and wellness.
I started out shadowing my own personal trainer here in MD, and in 2016 started working as a personal trainer. I specialized in one on one sessions with beginner clients. I helped them advance in confidence and form to intermediate group routines. This work is what inspired me to transition to bodywork in the form of fascial stretch therapy, as a majority of my clients suffered from some form of immobility. I felt as though I did more rehab than work out.
I do bodywork because I believe everyone deserves to experience a pain free mobile life. My knowledge of the single cell to the entire fascia system, paired with my energy and touch gives me a unique approach in relieving tension.
Bodywork is not just my service it is my art.
