Massage Therapy is a passion of mine, i have been a massge therapist for 13 years (since 2003). I believe that everyone is different and so should every massage. I listen to what each client has to say and tailor my massage to whats going on with that person. I offer many different types of massage's including : swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point work, hot stone massage, foot reflexology , zero balancing , sports massage, prenatal massage. I also use hydrotherapy in my massage practice which includes hot packs and cold packs and myofascial release. I also love useing a product called bio-freeze !!!! I work with people who have migraines, sciatic issuse , fibromyalgia , rotator cuff issues, diabetes , Just to name a few.  I am a life long resident of seneca falls ny, in the heart of the finger lakes and have enjoyed growing my business here
