I became a massage therapist during a break from my Bachelors degree. After completing my B.S. in Kinesiology in 2012 at California State University, Northridge, I became a full time massage therapist. I graduated from Everest College Hayward in the Spring of 2010 after completing 720 hours of school. I became a certified CORE Myofascial Therapist in Summer 2016. In March or 2020 I became an Active Release Techniques certified provider.
I specialize in Active Release Techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. I can help many ailments from chronic pain, to muscle tension to injury rehabilitation. I want clients to get off my table feeling like they achieved their goal, weather it be relaxation or relief of muscle tension.
I am a member of the California Massage Therapy Council, #9484. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, #978196. I also am a member of the XPE CORE National Sports Bodywork Team.
My office is located in San Ramon, California. 3211 Crow Canyon Pl. Ste. J, Rm.5. I do not do outcalls, only in office appointments. By appointment only.
When I am not massaging I can be found at the ranch riding my Paint horse Ben or playing with my dog Dana. I love being outside as much as possible and Lake Tahoe is my escape from the Bay Area!
