I booked an Advance Therapeutic Bodywork session with Brayden focusing on lower back tightness and pain and neck/shoulder tension, and though I am so so sore the day after, it actually feels like my muscles are moving and working the way they are supposed to. My range of motion is noticeably improved after just oe session. Brayden was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and it truly was unlike any other therapeutic massage I've had. I am only in town for another two weeks but I made sure to book again before I leave. This appointment was for my minor child who was an athlete, very nervous, & ticklish. We arrived & Brayden immediately set up rapport with her & asked her questions about any issues she was having, her pain level, comfort level & anything else he would ask of an adult client. After the treatment, my daughter felt better, less stiffness, less nervous about massages, & was actually looking forward to coming back. I was able to sit in the room during the treatment & observe the improvement in my daughter’s posture just from that one treatment. Once again, Brayden’s professionalism & expertise shone through.

Brayden’s skill is equaled only by his professionalism & gregariousness. For those with chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain, I more than highly recommend him. If Deep tissue massage & sports massage had a baby, & that baby grew up & had a baby with reflexology, this would be the result! Definitely returning.
