 Policies 

Payment Policy: Payment is due at time of service. Cash is preferred, and may be given upon arrival or at the end of the session. I can also accept credit cards through Square Credit Card Processing. 

Tipping Policy: Tips are welcome, but not required.  

Timing and Lateness Policy: Please plan for 5-10 minutes on either side of your session for intake, dressing, and finishing up. If the session is shortened due to lateness, the client is still responsible for the full fee. 

 Cancellation Policy: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule (there is a wait list of 5-7 people on any given day). If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment for non-emergency reasons, you will be asked to full price of your anticipated session. In the case of a no-show appointment, the full cost will be due by invoice. I will always respect your time and kindly ask that you do the same for me. However, I always waive the fee for emergencies, bad weather, sick kids, etc., since we have no control over these variables.

Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates must be used within a year of the date of purchase. No show with an appointment using a gift certificate voids the gift certificate.
