I am originally from NH, earning my degree in Human Services in Science with a major in Mental health. I have always enjoyed helping people from the inside out and now I can treat people from the outside in. I am a State Licensed Massage Therapist/Bodywork Practitioner. I graduated From Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork, where I studied Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Prenatal/Pregnancy, Infant Massage, Cranial Sacral, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and continue to pursue other modalities to further assist my clients overall well being. When I am not doing Massage I enjoy running, working out, Meditating and spending time with friends and family.
