Life get hard. Your body and mind take a beating from it. I've been practicing massage since 2005, specifically in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and I can help release the muscular tension and renew your mind. There's no need to "just deal with it".      

My goal is to combine an experience to refresh your mind from the craziness of life, reduce tension and pain that builds up in your muscles, along with spa experiences at an affordable rate. 

My favorite area to focus on is the neck! I think because I have suffered through migraines and neck tension in the past, I have a better understanding of what it feels like and how to better address it. But don't get me wrong, I am more than capable of addressing other areas as well.

So lets back track a bit. I pretty much grew up in a salon and spa atmosphere. My sister owned one and at the age of 13, I was being pampered with massages, facials and pedicures. I then started working there at the age of 16 at the front desk and continued on after receiving my massage license in 2005. I worked there for my first year and then moved into the Austin, Tx area. I have then worked at Massage Envy (receiving Therapist of the Year 2006), a chiropractor, a small spa and tried my hand at a house call side business. After the birth of my 3rd child, The Remedy was born.
