My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Mental Health, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic care. I am also a trauma-informed practitioner and a licensed substance abuse counselor, providing me with the skills to offer compassionate and comprehensive support to clients with diverse needs.

Best time of the month is when I go in for my massage with Sadie. She's great at working out those kinks and if you just want a relaxing massage, she'll do that too. If anyone is looking for a great long term masseuse, I highly recommend going to her.

I had an incredible fascia release massage with Sadie and I can’t recommend her enough! She intuitively knew exactly where to go and worked through all my pain areas with so much skill and care. I have fibromyalgia, and it’s rare to find someone who truly understands how to read the body and respond to its needs — but she did just that. Her touch brought real relief, and I left feeling looser, lighter, and genuinely better. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or tension, she’s a true healer!
