 My name is Bree Benson. I was born in Lima, OH and raised in Rock Hill, SC.  Currently living in South Charlotte.
 I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and  received my training from an accredited massage school in Charlotte.  My name is Bree Benson. I was born in Lima, OH and raised in Rock Hill, SC.  Currently living in South Charlotte.
 I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and  received my training from an accredited massage school in Charlotte. After graduating, I worked at a local franchise for 12 years before starting my own business, Grace Massage Therapy, in 2019.  In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and singing karaoke, going to the white water center, Carowinds and festivals. I also enjoy crafting and volunteering.

Sports Massage

I completed the Sports Massage: Upper Body continuing education class in 2011. This course was in the classroom for 8 hours. Asian Sports Massage workshop continuing education class in 2017. The course was 8 hours in the classroom. I recieved a certification for Total Body Stretch course in 2017. The course was 8 hours in the classroom. I completed a course in Massage and Bodywork 1: Isolated Stretching, Ortho, Sports and fitness massage in 2018. The course was 5 hours in the classroom.

prenatal massage

I received 10 hours of in classroom training with Claire Marie Miller in 2008. I worked at Massage Envy and gained a significant amount of experience with Prenatal Massage because I was one of the only therapist certified to perform this type of massage.

continuing education class

I completed a class in empowering the root and core: Treating iliopsoas, quadricepts, glutes and hamstrings. The course was 8 hours in the classroom.

I took a continuing education class to learn about abdominal and low back massage and bodywork in 2011. The course was 8 contact hours in the classroom.

Certification of Completion

I participated in a continuing education class online. Called The Hemme Approach to managing Low Back Pain in 2010. The course was 12 hours long.
