This was my first experience with a professional therapist, and I am very pleased. I visited with Rosie because I have recently changed my workout routine which has led to some new sore muscles, and nerve pain. Rosie took adequate time to discuss my concerns, and develop a relief plan. Her knowledge of anatomy and technique was very good. Although I have nothing to compare the experience to, I can't imagine how anyone could have done better. The ambiance loses one star, just because of the corporate setting. I suppose it may have been easier to relax in another location. Rosie did well with the available space. My only regret is that I didn't book a long enough session. Next time I will!

The ambiance was not inviting and room was cold. Would like to have the smell of oils and warm lighting. Rosie was professional and pressure was just right.

a changing screen or partition would be an enhancement for privacy due to the location within a gym
