She actually made me relax. This is normally very hard for me. My mind was completely zoned out. I felt like I had a massage and physical therapy. She was absolutely wonderful!

It’s been over 10 years since I’ve had Neuromuscular Therapy for my shoulder. Thursday, my shoulders were so tight, I could feel the knots in them. Over 10 days later, the tension is still gone. I’ll be returning so she can spend more time on my lower back since my shoulders are so much better.

TeLisa is a beautiful person inside and out. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She talked with me, heard me and also heard my body. It was like talking to an old friend! I will be back for TeLisa because she did such a great job! Fantastic actually. I wish I could give her more stars.
