TeLisa was great! She started off the session asking me questions, so that she was able to tailor the music selection to my preferences. She also soaked my feet in hot water and did some breathing exercises with me, which was a first. It was a relaxing way to start off the massage and provided a frame of reference for how to breathe throughout the massage.
I came into my massage with a lot of muscle tension in my upper back/neck. Even though she didn't use a lot of pressure, all of my knots were released by the end! I almost fell asleep during the massage, which is a testament to how relaxing it was! Overall, I would definitely recommend!
