Ambiance is ok

Great overall experience

Very satisfying

Upon entering your waiting area I was greeted warmly by your receptionist and enjoyed the soothing ambiance and seasonal decorations, as well as the lovely "vibe" and smells. While waiting, I observed the staff to interact both professionally and kindly with clients and one another. Furthermore, I was moved by the sensitivity the staff showed in physically assisting some lesser abled clients.
