The new location is nice with easy parking. The waiting area is comfortable with quiet, soothing music playing. I think it would be a more tranqil space if the front window was somehow covered so the parking lot is not easily visable and to soften the light coming in. The massage room was very tranquil and comfortable.

GReat experience and massage

The space was divided into two different suites, upstairs and downstairs. There was no clear indication which space I was supposed to go to, so I headed upstairs to what seemed like the main space. Guess I was wrong. I sat there with no human interaction for about 15 minutes.. One guy walked by a few times but never addressed me sitting there. Finally at just a few minutes past my massage appointment time, my massage therapist came and retrieved me and took me downstairs. Once down stairs, the room we were in was not soundproof. While I wouldn't expect it to be totally soundproof, throughout the 90minutes I was constantly hearing conversations and doors opening and closing around me. It was a bit distracting for a time that's meant to be relaxing.

She has excelled my expectations. Very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I just wish that she had more hours so that booking her wouldn’t be so difficult. 😆

The ambiance in the current location is lacking, but they are renovating a new space. I can't wait!

I always recommend them I like the place and of course I will return for more massages. The only thing I would like is the option that they can change the music, I'm going to relax and enjoy the massage and if I don't like a song, that they have the option to change it, a song bothers me and I had to wait for it to finish so I can relax, and that the masseuse can't change it and have to wait for other songs just like I can't change the music, I like the relaxed sounds of water or rain.

Going there for the first time ever and really like how much care they have for their clients. Sandra is amazing with my massage and I highly recommend her because of her knowledge and skill. Don’t wonder if this is the right place to help you take care of yourself. It definitely is!

Beautiful ambiance and skilled massage therapist.

She spent so much time on my back and shoulder that there wasn’t much time left for the rest of my body. Her stroke was too fast and it was not relaxing. Whatever she used to massage my scalp was so greasy that I had to wash my hair as soon as I got home. Overall, it was not a good 90 minutes. When I was leaving, I told her that I prepaid the gratuity because that was what the website asked to do. She didn’t seem happy about this and asked me to pay her directly next time. The website then should give the option to do so.

My wife and I came and had Natalia and Steve. Natalia was absolutely wonderful and my wife could not stop raving as she claimed this was the best massage she has ever had. As a couple, we average about 25 massages per year, so I guess that is saying something? Unfortunately, my personal experience wasn’t as fantastic. I was very grateful for the information given during my service, but I prefer a quiet massage interaction with major conversation taking place prior or after the service. The last thing I want to hear is repeatedly how stiff I am or inquiries about what I do for work as This is my self care time to reflect and get away. We think the clinic overall is great, but I personally will choose a different therapist for next time.

The facility is clean and well maintained and staff are generally friendly and helpful. I've seen "fancier" massage rooms, but there's nothing at all wrong with the ones at PalmLeaf, which are relaxing, comfortable temperature-wise, and a good environment for whatever you have scheduled.

Natalia was very professional and paid close attention to the response of my body when she found the very knotted up areas. She even identified areas that I didn't know could knot up. By the time I left there, I was floating. Highly recommend.
