Carol is very professional but welcoming and friendly and is 100% focused on how she can help you heal. She wants you to get better in one session, if possible. Her skill and knowledge are outstanding. The space she is in while simple is very comfortable and has a very good vibe. I could not recommend her more highly!

An hour and a half deep tissue massage. Started with 30 to 40 minutes okay but more automated and unfocused. Then NOTHING! Irritating hard rock and distasteful choices of 70’s to 80’s overplayed music. Deep issue massage stopped and she just held her hands on my thorax areas in 5 minute segments as if to be sending good energy perhaps. Totally lazy and worthless second half of the massage. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Bad bad energy! If she wasn’t feeling well or wasn’t into it, say something, stop massage and don’t waist time doing nothing at my cost. I sent a response asking for half my money back with no return response.

Carol was amazing I’ve never had a massage in my life and with everything I love be going thru I needed her help I was relaxed and at peace I saw my great grandmother who I was raised with who made me feel it was okay to release the stress 😢 and to laugh and be happy . My only complaint is that I wish I lived too far away to see her on a regular basis. I stopped in during a quick mini getaway to ease some tension , which was accomplished with so much more. I was in a tremendous amount of paid due to a pulled back muscle and Carol worked magic and was great at explaining what she was doing and how it would impact my painful area. I felt much better during and after the session. Will definitely go back!

This was not the spa massage I envisioned, but so much more. Carol didn’t just massage to Release right muscles, she worked on the entire connective tissue groups. During the session she also explained what she was doing, how pain in your neck and back/shoulders can actually be caused by another part of the body, and how they were connected. It was the best, and quickest, 90 minutes!!

Carol is very knowledgeable. I have transverse myelitis and have tone on my legs. Carol started a treatment yesterday and my legs still feel very relaxed and have not have clonus. A must go if you need help with tight muscles.
