I have always had great massages at this spa, but my latest visit was rather disappointing. There has been some turnover of staff and I was not prepared for the different massage experience on this latest visit. I was looking forward to a massage to work out the tightness in my muscles, but the therapist that I booked with has a specialty of working on "trigger points". This was not at all what I was interested in and was disappointed and perplexed at the amount of time spent on simply pressing a couple of points on my neck. I was very specific about what I needed/wanted before we started, but the massage therapist stuck to her specialty plan. I left this appointment feeling very disappointed and not at all as relaxed and loose as I have felt after past visits to this spa. I think it would be helpful if there were descriptions of each therapist on the website describing what type of massage they specialize in. Perhaps this could have helped to avoid my less-than-satisfactory experience.

A below average massage. Only asked once if pressure was Ok. Got shorted by a good 10 minutes. Nice person. My worst massage ever.
