Due to the covid restrictions we are not able to have our cozy blankets on the beds at this time. We are trying to use extra sheets if needed but of course will use a blanket if requested. I apologize for these new restrictions , we also want to have the use of the blankets restored soon. Hopefully the bed warmers and hot stones help!

Hi, Sorry to hear that you did not care for the waiting area. We had thought about a water feature, but, the issue was it sometimes has an effect upon the body, however, for security reasons, the door is locked between the waiting room, and our therapy area, which means, clients would not have quick and easy access to the lavatory.

So sorry that you felt cold. This past week, the HVAC company came in and switched us from heat to air conditioning. Which meant that the office dropped in temp overnight. My apologies.

We did have a very nice electric fireplace that provided warmth and a relaxing ambiance in the waiting area for clients who arrive early. However we learned that electric fireplaces are not always safe. In our new office we have made arrangements for the waiting room to have a more comfortable temperature. The noise was from the hole digger/bed rock breaker being used by the water/electric company across the street. I, Sue, the owner apologize for this, we had no notice it was going to happen nor the extent of the noise. Glad to know you did enjoy your massage!

Thanks for your feedback and your compliments. We use sound machines to block the noise between the rooms, but, every once and awhile, a voice just seems to carry. My apologizes. Glad that you have taken advantage of the series program, it is a great way to save money and commit to taking care of yourself.

Hi Ron, I am sorry you felt you did not get the relief expected. When we finished the session you stated that you had better range of motion and less pain. Did the pain come back? How is the range of motion? Sometimes it will take Bowen a day or so for you to feel results. Please give me a call so we can discuss where to go from here. We are aware of this issue, we do have sound machines that help reduce noise, since you and another client have recently mentioned this, we will be adding more sound machines to strategic areas. We do try our best to keep conversations soft and to a minimum. Next time you come in, please mention to your therapist your concern and they will attend to it.

Thank you for your review and for letting us know about the issue with outside noise. We do try our best to keep outside noise as quiet as possible, and we do have a system in place to let others know they need to lower their voices. Please feel free to tell your therapist anytime noise, room temperature, etc.. needs to be addressed and they will take care of it immediately.
We are sorry about the music. The server we had been using has suddenly changed it's format. We hope to get this resolved soon. It bothers us also as we try to blend the flow of the music with the massage. Thanks for letting us know Sue..owner
