No I would not recommend this Spa to anyone! My back hurt when I left.

I’ve been coming to Traditions for a while. I’ve never had an experience like this. When I arrived, the check in was stressful. The receptionist kept saying she needed my card to confirm my appt. Which didn’t make much sense and totally blew me feeling relaxed, I kept being peppered with questions, it was obvious she didn’t actually look me up in the system. Then when I pointed out that I’d be giving her my card upon departure, she demanded my card. When I was checking out, she wanted to know if I wanted to use my card on file. What was the point of asking for the card 8x while I was waiting for my therapist to be available if you weren’t going to use it? Still, i looked forward to my massage. I booked a 90-minute appointment, at 60 minutes the therapist declared it was concluded and walked out. When I saw the clock, i realized we’d missed quite a bit of time. Then she had to go to the front to confirm that I’d booked 90 minutes after I told her the massage was meant to be longer. Then she said we could finish, but I was done. This wasn’t relaxing. The entire appointment felt disorganized and inefficient, and very very different from what I’ve come to expect from the staf
