I will not be back. My massage was terrible. So much so that I ended the session early. I can’t even describe how lack luster and lazy my massage was. The massage therapist was just trying to get to the end of the session . No real massage at all. She rubbed my knees (yes knees) so many times it was ridiculous. I have experienced a lack luster massage from a different massage therapist at this same “spa” . At this point I am wondering if it’s the training. Either way, good luck of you go here. They have had good massage therapist in the past, but you can’t get comfortable because the turnover rate seems to be high.

My wife's massage therapist was sick. Not relaxing in the slightest bit. Came with 3 days anxiety. Music in the room was in and out the whole time.

Manager is awful. I was overcharged and she said it was because the website wasn’t up to date. She said it led to the website where I actually booked which reflected the real price. She claimed she needed to contact the actually website that shows up on google and leads to the booking site to get them to change it. When I pointed out that that wasn’t my fault she said “it happens.” It shouldn’t happen and she should have refunded it. Very poor customer service. She also berated the very sweet receptionist behind her back. What an awful person all around.
