I just moved to Texas and left my long-time massage therapist in Colorado behind. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit with massage therapy, but I was so happy with Renee that I bought a package! I loved her technique and the space and music and essential oils were the perfect balance and very relaxing. I get massages every 3 weeks and look forward to going back and having Renee work her magic to loosen my muscles so we can get into more deep tissue. You should check her out; I don't think you'll be disappointed!

The experience was amazing. When I pulled into the parking lot, the building looked very cozy and homey. Once inside, the waiting area was very relaxing, the ac temperature was nice and cold (it was very hot and humid outside). The massage room had very nice decor. The lamp that made the ceiling look like the northern lights was very soothing.

Helen gives a great massage. She has a few techniques which I have never had used by any other therapist. I've been seeing massage therapists for over 10 years so even 1 new technique is something to be surprised about. She has multiple and they are not only surprising but things that feel good when she's doing and afterwards as well. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Helen.

Renee is the best! She ahs been treating me for over a year now. She takes the time to understand your troubled areas to focus on before any massage. My 2 daughters were jealous that I was getting a massage without them! I trust her to treat my girls as well ages 13 and 17! They both play volleyball so the massage is quite therapeutic. Little extras like hot towels, complimentary chocolates and using up the full allotted time go a long ways. The Swedish massage left me half asleep and on the verge of drooling. Very relaxing.
