I told the therapist I was having pain in a certain area when she asked if there was a specific area bothering me. She spent the entire 90 in that area and did not do a full body massage. I was ready to get off the table when she kept massaging the same area the entire session.

She can be gentle where it needs to begin to release. She uses different modalities to get the results she feels will be best outcomes. I mean she will change over and use stones or ask if it’s okay to use cupping. If she thinks you might benefit try it. She might be right! Alway hate getting off that massage table.
