This was the best massage I have ever had in my life! Emily is fantastic and was so flexible when we discovered that some of the preferences I thought I had were not actually what my real needs were. She incorporated some Thai Tabletop techniques that made me feel 10x lighter. I WILL be back again asap. The vibes were great and the space was really comfortable.

Emily does a great job working with me where I am. In other words, she adapts her focus and technique rather than doing the same thing over and over.

Emily is an amazing Therapist. She listens to your issues and tailors her massage to be the most therapeutic for you. I always feel so much better after my appointment. I have lower back and hip problems, that ended up being more about my muscles than about the arthritis I have. So thankful for Emily’s attention to detail as well as her knowledge and skill.

I told the therapist I was having pain in a certain area when she asked if there was a specific area bothering me. She spent the entire 90 in that area and did not do a full body massage. I was ready to get off the table when she kept massaging the same area the entire session.

She listens to the person and the body. I love how she warms, stretches and massages the muscles. I like deep tissue and she can get deep into the muscle. She can be gentle where it needs to begin to release. She uses different modalities to get the results she feels will be best outcomes. I mean she will change over and use stones or ask if it’s okay to use cupping. If she thinks you might benefit try it. She might be right! Alway hate getting off that massage table.

Jen is very skilled at what she does, I have r with my back and I go to Jen for a deep tissue massage and she uses a variety of techniques, she uses good old fashioned skill and other tools like hot stones, this pulsating gun and cupping. I recommend Jen and once you get your first massage, you will be Back.!
