Because Helena was ready to go as soon as I arrived (which is a good thing). I wasn't able to really experience the entire facility. Everything that I did see looked very nice and clean.

The space is fine. It was quiet on a Saturday. The therapist, Michele Lake, was fantastic!

Michele introduced herself and made me feel welcome. She was very professional and worked the area that I indicated was giving me trouble. It is feeling much better two days after the massage.

COVID protocols are stellar and massage therapist is warmhearted & highly skilled. Construction next door detracted but I know that's only temporary.
