Jessica listens and interprets what information I gave about different points of pain I am experiencing. She then targets those areas. Her massages are both relaxing and targeted to problem areas.

Because Helena was ready to go as soon as I arrived (which is a good thing). I wasn't able to really experience the entire facility. Everything that I did see looked very nice and clean.

Until yesterday, my all time favorite massage was one I had while living in Japan (worst massage ever was in France and a close 2nd is the one I had in Oregon). Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and effective in her massage techniques. My mobility before the massage and after were instantly noticeable.

It always feels like a family here. I have seen several therapists and they are all excellent. My 94 year old mother enjoyed her visits as well. Serene ambience, effective modalities and therapists who are happy in their space are what I experience at every visit.

I have been massaged by pretty much the entire staff at this point and I cant say a bad thing about anything. All the therapists are great Jessica and Helena give a fantastic massages. Jessica has a lighter touch for that Swedish style massage and Jessica gives that really really deep tissue 'smack your momma' massage (upon request of course). Just book an appointment you won't be sorry.
