I would describe my massage style is very integrative. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and sports massage, as well as reflexology and trigger point work. I have also received an Advanced Certification in Prenatal massage and enjoy working with mothers in the stages of both pregnancy and postpartum.
