I would describe my massage style is very integrative. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and sports massage, as well as reflexology and trigger point work. I have also received an Advanced Certification in Prenatal massage and enjoy working with mothers in the stages of both pregnancy and postpartum.

I got a lovely 90 minute therapeutic massage & Reiki session with Regina. Her studio is gorgeous, clean and spacious. Regina is highly professional, caring and sensitive. I appreciate that she doesn't try to have a conversation during the session and tailors her technique to your needs. Love her use of hot stones. Next time, I will have her come to my home, because I would love to hop right in bed afterwards.

Regina takes time to listen and understand exactly what you need and the areas of concern. Her approach is wholistic, healing body, soul and mind. At one point her energy work brought a warm tingling soothing sensation in the area of focus. She has a calm, compassionate way. I will definitely be returning!
