 I have been a licensed and practicing massage therapist and Reiki master since 2013.  I am a certified medical massage therapist and have trained in over 9 different energetic healing modalities.  I like to combine energy healing (healing of the subtle body, ie: chakras, chi, Prana, aura) with massage to promote a deeply healing experience for your body, mind and spirit.  I also provide manual lymphatic drainage, children's services, and craniosacral therapy. I combine myofascial release, lomi lomi, deep tissue, reflexology, hot stones, cupping, essential oils and energy healing techniques to provide you with a unique healing experience.  Each massage is customized for you and you choose which methods you prefer or wish to exclude.  I do not discriminate against anyone based on sex, gender, race, creed, vaccinated or unvaccinated and am LGBTQ+ friendly.  


**I will bill for PIP insurance through your auto carrier, however, I no longer accept health insurance. I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your own insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Recently diagnosed with frozen shoulder which is very painful and restricts range of motion. It took me a few visits to be able to have her work on the shoulder - first avoiding it, then doing muscles around it, then finally was able to have her do more on the shoulder itself. I appreciated that she let me get there on my own. I mentioned an issue with laying flat due to a rib issue and she put a pillow there that worked like a charm and continues to have it set up for me each time I go - which allows me to actually relax and be comfortable during the massage. I have always leave feeling so much better - I can't say enough good things about the experience - great massage, comfortable and soothing atmosphere, and fantastic massage therapist.

Karla, Is a warm and kind person but also professional when she is giving you a massage. I really have enjoyed her massages that I have gotten from her. I know if you have a sore muscle or kink in muscles Karla can help you relieve the pressure of your sore muscle or kink. She is awesome. Blessings Sarah
