I began my journey with massage and bodywork in 2004.

I am both a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) of 20 years, and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (MLD-C).

Since 2001 my professional background has been in the field of psychology. I understood that healing touch was invaluable to a path forward for a mind and body seeking to heal, so I sought to learn all I could to share this healing across the lifespan.

Hoping to bring back to clients ways to gently support body movements focused on increasing flexibility and balance, I traveled to Trimbakeshwar, India where I studied Yoga Sopan, Yoga Parichaya, and Yoga Pravesh.

I studied pre and perinatal massage therapy with the intention of supporting expectant mothers and the life within, through their journey growing together.

In 2005 and 2021 I studied Infant Massage with Infant Massage USA and the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).

In addition to individually focused therapeutic bodywork, I offer therapeutic massage and bodywork guidance to partners through couple massage workshops.

My primary focus is on meeting others where they are, be it in seeking pain relief or stress-reduction and relaxation.

For those seeking pain relief, I work to assist in alleviating pain and holding patterns in the body through use of Trigger Point Therapy and methods of Myofascial Release. We work together with Swedish and/or Lymphatic Drainage techniques to provide for circulatory support, rest, relaxation, and stress-reduction. Manual Lymphatic Drainage also benefits the immune system and supports detoxification of the body.

My clients and I work as team to address short and long term goals.

I believe it's important to give ourselves and our loved ones every opportunity to thrive, and know massage and bodywork to be of these gifts. I remain grateful to work with clients on their journey towards peaceful healing.

Waves of calmness and serenity graced the room as I sunk deep into relaxation. Such a beautiful environment to rest and rejuvenate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve seen Rebecca twice now and both experiences have been wonderful. Both included work on my jaw and I’ve noticed a big difference there. My first massage focused mainly on my legs and tightness I had there. She used cups and I noticed improvement in the tightness for a few weeks. Rebecca is also incredibly kind and takes time to understand what you’d like from your session.

This was my first time coming here. Rebecca was amazing! She went over all of my areas that I needed worked on before she started. She did a fabulous job addressing all of them. She was so knowledgeable on what to do and where to do it to relieve my pain. I am definitely going back!

The way I walked in to the office, was not how I walked out. I felt so relieved with all my aches and pains. I couldn’t hesitate but to make future appointments. I recommended everyone to go for massages.
