Welcome! My name is Stephanie Taylor, and whether you're looking to attain better functionality in your body or just drift away in peaceful relaxation, I'm here to help you achieve your massage goals.
With 10 years experience and a background and specialization in therapeutic massage, I curate every treatment for each individual. With the use of my postural analysis training, I apply various Swedish, deep tissue, pin and stretch, myofascial release/cupping, and neuromuscular techniques to help the body relax, come back into a parasympathetic state, and reach postural balance in the muscles.
So if you are just in need of an hour of peace or you have specific injuries and issues that need to be addressed, take the time for yourself and schedule an appointment today. I am currently located in downtown Olympia inside the beautiful establishment, Cleanse Body Bar. Street parking is available for a small charge Monday-Friday, but is free on weekends.
