I began practicing Massage Therapy over 25 years ago. Enhancing my education with an associates of science in physical therapy, I saw patients as a physical therapist assistant and massage therapist in an outpatient setting. In a search to heal my own chronic pain I have appreciated a focused and thorough approach to assist my clients in their body's  own healing capabilities and strive to send them home with relief and a sense that I am their partner in addressing their pain.

I really enjoyed Aimee the first few times I saw her for a specific trigger point pain. But the last few sessions I had with her focused less on the problem areas we discussed and more on techniques that felt like they were just an opportunity for her to practice different skills and not actually addressing the actual trigger point.
