Massage Therapy sessions are most beneficial when received weekly until a maintenance state is reached. Some conditions will require continued regular massage to hold the progress made. 

Your first visit will include the assessment and hands on work within the total time scheduled. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to fill out the intake form if not completed online previously. If you are late for your appointment I will give you as much time as possible but in consideration of my next client I may not be able to give your full session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or a charge of 50% of your service will be added your balance to be paid at your next session.
