Michelle was so knowledgeable. I am so glad I found her. I was nervous to go back to massages after my breast cancer with lymph nodes removed. I am a 62 year old, active female. I have suffered with back muscle spasms. This chronic condition has led me to get care from my primary doctor, a chirpractor, and a spine specialist. After three types of oral medications (muscle relaxants) from my primary care, consistent chiropractic adjustments, spine doctor ordered MRI (negative findings) & cortisone shots (in my back and shoulder muscles) I have not gotten any long term relief from this disabling condition. It has worsened over the last year and I am often in severe pain. Then I found Michelle. I chose Michelle because of her experience as a medically focused LMT, not just a spa focused therapist. Michelle spent some time assessing my situation verbally, then physically. Within a half hour she had a plan, identified other areas of muscular difficulties and treated my whole body. Instead of only targeting the pain areas, she treated my entire muscular framework. I left from my first visit feeling revived. I plan on having continues treatment to have Michelle complete my recovery. I believe her techniques will help me find a more balanced muscular structure, calm my ailments and bring me to a pain free life.

Keep in mind this is therapeutic massage and not a deep tissue or Swedish massage. Michelle REALLY knows her stuff and understands human anatomy and physiology very well. She was fantastic and explained everything in great detail. I experienced immediate results. I look forward to my next treatment!
