I specialize in Therapeutic and Medical Massage, working with people who want to reduce pain, recover from injuries or surgeries, and move through life with greater ease. Every session is tailored to your body’s unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all treatment.

I believe in working alongside your doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other health providers so your care feels connected and intentional. And if I’m not the right person to help you, I’ll gladly refer you to someone who can.

Massage has been part of my life since I was a teenager. After my family went through a couple of serious accidents, our chiropractor trained me to help my loved ones recover. That experience shaped my passion for helping others. In 2011, I turned that passion into my career. Since then, I’ve been learning, teaching, and refining techniques to help people facing:

• Sciatica, whiplash, and frozen shoulder
• Post-surgical recovery and scar tissue challenges
• Cancer care and other complex health needs
