After extensive experience providing massage therapy in spa, clinical, chiropractic, and private home settings, I can say with confidence that people from all walks of life can benefit from the healing powers of massage. Eastern healing traditions teach us that the body has amazing powers to heal itself if given the right encouragement. Western anatomy shows us how muscle groups connect and where pain originates. I realized the power of both when I began to treat my own chronic back pain incurred from an injury seven years ago that left me walking with a cane. With regular massage and visits to a chiropractor, I regained full mobility and decreased my pain level significantly. With an empathetic understanding of the body, I will target your specific needs while unlocking your body’s potential to restore.
