I've been working professionally as a massage therapist for 4 years. Am currently working towards becoming a Vedic Thai Practitioner. Have also been in fitness training and cross training since 2009. What i love about being a massage therapist is that i get to help people by healing there body, resetting muscle spindles and finding the core problem of body tension and fatigue. Massage therapy also helps relieve stress, anxiety, depression, and soreness for your head to feet.
