My name is Kristina Wood. I attended Auburn University of Montgomery where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I furthered my education by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in April 2014. I am also, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I do not believe that one size fits all. I customize each treatment based on the needs of my clients.
