I allow my intuition to guide me and apply the necessary modalities to what the muscles may need at the time. I am trained in hot stone, prenatal, trigger point, hydrotherapy and reflexology.

My prenatal massage with Ashley was absolute bliss. When you work with her, you'll know that she defintely understands body mechanics and how to manage pain points that you may not even know are there! I orignally booked a 60 minute prenatal massage and asked if I could upgrade to a Royal Treatment package - only if she had time! I expected the answer to be no and that was totally fine. Doesnt hurt to ask! She was quick to set up the room with the addtional items required for the package and spent every extra minute on the massage. I am so thankful for this experience! I hope to return again soon.
