My interest in the health and fitness field has shown me many benefits. Early in my life, sustained minor back injuries from being hit in a side impact car accident. I had chronic back pain and spinal mis alignment following the car accident despite my frequent visits to the chiropractor, that my doctor referred me to. I attended two massage therapy programs, an advanced massage therapy program at Bryan College in Gold River California, for 600+ clinical hrs and training, and a Deep Tissue and Basic Massage Therapy Certification Bamboo Gardens training program locally here in Mendocino County.

I specialize in  Essential Oils and Aroma Therapy, Deep Tissue massage therapy, and Reflexology Massage on the Hands and Feet, and Ion Foot bath Detoxification.

We provide a very comfortable private office located in Mendocino Ca, 45062 Ukiah St. for massage, spa treatments, and Ion foot bath detoxification, or contract out for private parties and events.
