Maya was born and raised in Thailand. She completed high school and college there and worked as
manager of the successful Thai Rice Mills factory, owned by her family. She received her initial Thai
massage training and certification at The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society. She then continued to expand her skills and experiences with:
- A training program focused on Chiropractic health in Thailand
- A training on Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapeutic, Swedish, Gua-Sha and cupping
