What type of massage should I get?

flowing strokes that relax. If you prefer deeper work or are addressing an injury, use the filtering
tools available on the left side of the search page to view results for techniques like
“Neuromuscular”, “Sports”, or “Deep Tissue”.

You can also ask your therapist to work on the main areas of your body so that next time you can
have them focus on those areas you found the massage to be most effective on.
