Targeted my specific concerns with my health and the trauma I have experienced over the past 7 years. She was very knowledgeable in trauma based massage, etc. for example the psoas muscle that holds so much tension. I am eager to return!

I went in with aching shoulders, neck, and low back. Maggie worked all of the kinks out. She also tried a new therapy on my foot that had scarring from 2 surgeries. It really opened up the blood flow and movement.

Maggie is skilled and knowledgeable. Her focus is on healing them whole person and Sheri’s always looking the latest information and tools to facilitate this. I did the dolphin stim for scar tissue on my c-section scar. Healing the tissue around the scar has released tension through my body over the past few days…it is all connected!!
