This was my first time getting a massage and let me tell you I’m going to make this apart of my self care routine . Khaliah was very sweet she made my first experience getting a massage an amazing one . She made me feel 100% comfortable . She was consistent with making sure I was enjoying the service and making sure I was not in any discomfort .

After leaving Kneading Therapy, I felt like I had a new shoulder. I requested a sports massage due to my extensive fitness regimen and Khaliah was so attentive to the parts of my body that needed the most therapy. I plan to keep her service as part as my recovery!

Kneading Therapy is definitely my go to place for sports massage and recovery. Khaliah is very knowledgeable, and always creates a warm and welcoming environment, which is very important when receiving this form of therapy. I have been coming to her for the last several months, and I always leave feeling lighter and relaxed, and with some information to help with my everyday health and wellness through our conversations.
