I love the above quote because each of us has a unique light and gift that we bring to the world! Often, throughout the day, that light gets hidden, forgotten about, covered up, denied, pushed aside....we lose touch and presence with who we are and live who we think we should be.  I love to work with others who have a desire to reconnect with that light inside! Through massage I'm able to support the letting go of not only physical stress but often times the emotional stress that we are holding on. Through energy work, I'm able to support healing on all dimensions, clear and release held energies, teach self healing techniques and expand client awareness to patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving them!
