       My main focus of massage is recovery. I have worked a lot with sciatica, low back pain, TMJ, chronic hip pain, pre/post operation, the feeling of not being able to breath even when you use your inhaler, too much time at the gym without stretching, and just the stress of daily life. 
        I love being able to help people feel their best! One of the best things about my work is that I am able to use my massage therapy skills to help alleviate chronic pain and have you walk out that door feeling better about yourself.

This expierence is life changing. For 4 years I have been in constant pain and discomfort from the minute I wake up untill I goto bed. Nothing would provide releif, like a constant storm cloud over my head. After the first session I felt like the clouds parted and the skies cleared and I finally felt normal. After 1000+ days of constant pain and discomfort and many attempts at treatment this is the only treatment that has actually worked.

Always great work here by Seth. Targets exactly where the work is needed and delivers real relief, not just relaxation. Huge difference in mobility and recovery.

Just the Best. Seth is a Wiz, he knows just how to "tune you up". His understanding of the body, muscles, tendons ect coupled with his technique and balance of deep tissue massage , cupping and scraping has really brought so much more flexibility and calm to my body.
