       My main focus of massage is recovery. I have worked a lot with sciatica, low back pain, TMJ, chronic hip pain, pre/post operation, the feeling of not being able to breath even when you use your inhaler, too much time at the gym without stretching, and just the stress of daily life. 
        I love being able to help people feel their best! One of the best things about my work is that I am able to use my massage therapy skills to help alleviate chronic pain and have you walk out that door feeling better about yourself.

Seth saw from how I was standing that I was favoring my right side. He utilized massage and cupping techniques that worked quite well on loosening the issues on my right side. Am going to make another appointment to keep the progress on my issues.

I have been seeing Seth since 2017 for weekly massages and he is exceptional. I like deep tissue and Seth delivers! I appreciate that if I am having a stressful week and I need him not massage as deep, he listens and can adapt for my needs. I am in my 50's and I have been getting massages since my teens. I have always been athletic and massages are part of my recovery. Seth is by far the best massage therapist I have had.

Seth is amazing at his craft. He is the best massage therapist around. I have been going to him for years. He is knowledgeable about the body and always finds the source of the pain. The is no one better!!!
