Shanna's dedication to health and wellness led her to become a certified massage therapist, yoga instructor, and nutrition educator. Since 2001 she has offered her healing gifts to a variety of holistic spas and retreat centers including world renowned Harbin Hot Springs. Her study of CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute began in 2012. Shanna is passionate about this modality which enhances the body's capacity to self-heal. She continues to complete advanced trainings and support the institute as an Assistant Teacher. A strong advocate of self-care, she offers intuitive and individualized wellness programs for clients.
